Appointment Instructions:

Our office hours are: Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival, you will be asked to update your personal information. Please bring your insurance card(s) so that we may obtain a copy. We encourage patients to bring a list of all current medications or you may bring your medication bottles.

For all Thallium Appointments *

No caffeine is allowed 24 hours prior to your test. No coffee, tea, decaffeinated drinks, no chocolate. You may have plain milk, juice, water, Sprite or 7Up… as long as it is caffeine free and NOT DECAFFEINATED!!!

Nothing to eat or drink after midnight!

Insurance and Billing

We make every effort to participate in most insurance programs. Copays are due at the same time of service. You will also be responsible for deductibles and non-covered services so it is very important to confirm your insurance benefits with your insurance carrier. If circumstances prevent you from being prompt in paying your bill, please contact one of our patient account representatives so that they may assist you in arranging a mutually acceptable plan of payment.
