Our physicians participate in most major medical health plans. If your insurance plan requires a prior authorization to see a specialist, you will need to contact your primary care provider before coming to our offices.

If your insurance company requires you to pay a co-pay, you will be asked to make that payment before visiting with the doctor. As a service to our patients we will file your insurance claim for you. If circumstances beyond your control prevent you from being prompt in paying your bill, please contact one of our patient account representatives as soon as possible so that a mutually acceptable plan of payment can be arranged. We will be happy to work with you regarding your bill.
